This website is operated by DiMi by Sree. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DiMi by Sree. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here

 2. Product Information & Disclaimers

  • Anti-Tarnish Properties: Our jewelry is crafted from 304/316L Stainless Steel with 18k Gold PVD plating. While designed to be water-resistant and anti-tarnish, the longevity of the plating depends on individual usage and care.
  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Weight & Dimensions: Small variations in weight or dimensions may occur due to the nature of jewelry manufacturing.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an item is mispriced due to technical errors. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By choosing to pay, you agree to their terms of service.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. DiMi by Sree is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any re-delivery costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • No returns or refunds unless the issue is from our end (damaged/wrong product).
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or incorrect item claims.
  • Video must be recorded from opening the sealed package without cuts.
  • Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
